Happy Fashionable Friday everybody! I must say that today’s post is a bit out of my comfort zone. I am usually not one for fads or trendy fashions, but I am always up for a DIY project…which leads me to my latest project.
Now that I am home for the summer, I get to peruse Pinterest a bit more and found these pictures the other day and they immediately caught my eye:
I really liked the two tone tribal look (tribal prints are very “in” right now) and thought they would be a fun wardrobe addition for summer, so I did a little research. I found this tutorial and thought…”I can do that!”. I headed to Goodwill to find an old pair of jeans that could be cut off and $3 later I was ready to go.
I can only imagine how much something like this would be in a store, and am pretty happy with the way mine came out, even if I only wear them a few times. What do you think?
