Menu Monday

Weekend highlights:

• Friday night fun at the Magic Game.  Gorgeous arena and good friends.

• Saturday: early morning run and a beach trip. 

17 miles finished by 9am!!!  If I look like I was in pain, I was!  Marathon training is no joke!

Top off on the Jeep, sushi in the sand and a Mexican fiesta.

• Sunday Moving Day!  Not for us, but for our good friends Rick and Chrissey.  They moved from a small condo to a large house with a pool.  I can’t wait for Green Bay Packer parties!

Two full truck loads and a couple of car loads later, they’re in!

And the best part, getting to see Sweet Baby J.  She’s grown so much!

After many unexpected meals out this weekend, I am definitely ready to get back into the kitchen and get cookin’.  Here is our plan of attack:

M: Broccoli, Ham and Cheese Twice Baked Potatoes
T:  Pork tenderloin w/ Baked Apples and Asparagus
W: Mexican Pizza*
Th: Chicken, Pepper and Onion Kebabs w/ Mixed Veggie Cous Cous
F: Baked Ziti*
Sa: Steak, Feta and Apple Salad w/ Balsamic Vinaigrette
Su: Sloppy Joes w/ Roasted Carrots
