Menu Monday

 What a weekend! 

After returning home early-ish yesterday from St. Augustine, we were so happy to have some time to relax, and get caught up on laundry!  Our 14 mile run was a tough one on Saturday morning, followed by our late, yet amazing night at the wedding (however, my legs were, and still are not liking the heels I had to wear!). 

Needless to say, we were happy campers napping on our couch yesterday afternoon.  This week looks pretty "normal" with nothing big planned as of yet, however that could change in an instant.

M: Kosmic Karma Pizza (Copy Cat recipe from Mellow Mushroom)

T: Girls Night @ Fugi Sushi

W: Baked Potato Soup and Salad

Th: Chicken Tetrazinni w/ Roasted Carrots

F: Potato Fritatta w/ Roasted Green Beans and Sauteed Apples*

Sa: Porcupine Meatballs w/ Salad

Su: Baked Cheese Ravioli w/ Broccoli*
