Happy Monday!
After a weekend filled with funsies (Saturday) and a much needed “catch up” day yesterday, I am looking forward to another fun weekend ahead. My friend Kate, aka Bueller, is coming into town from Colorado and I am so excited.
There will be lots of chatting, laughing and eating in store. We are all so excited for “Thaw Out 2012” to get started!

You may notice that there are some repeats from last week on the menu. We were out more nights than I planned last week, so I am just plugging the same meals into this week’s menu to avoid much waste. It definitely makes for a shorter grocery list! Here is what’s on tap-
