Menu Monday

Why do weekends go by so fast?  This past weekend absolutely flew and I am already counting the minutes until the next one!
This weekend we found ourselves traveling to Merritt Island with Lynn and Tuller for a coed Baby-Q honoring our friends Marze and Travis.  They are due in about a month with their first baby boy, Jaxson Cole.  The shower was so much fun.  There were TONS of good food and drink options as well as a plethora of gifts for the new parents (goodness knows you need them all with your first baby!).

Sunday was spent shopping with Gransie, with lots of climbing and hanging with dad.  The perfect end to a very fast weekend!


This weekend we are looking forward to Kennedy’s 2nd birthday party and then a quick trip to East Palatka for a belated birthday celebration with E’s Great-Grandma (my Nana) at my mom’s house.  We are so excited to see the fam.  We are also so excited to note that we leave for our Spring Break adventure to Wisconsin in 25 days!!!  Exciting times ahead!

Sa: Gransie’s House – East Palatka
Su:  Stuffed Peppers w/ Turkey Kielbasa and Green Beans
