Menu Tuesday

Hi all!

Our weekend was a good one!  It was low key, laid back and just plain fun.

Saturday we hung out, ran some errands while Mike worked for a bit and then tried out a cute new restaurant near our house for a fun lunch out.

The service was a bit slow, but the food was yummy!  It's nice to have a quaint place so close.

After lunch it was nap time and post nap snuggles along with a few chores.  Laundry and grocery shopping were on the docket since we were planning on hitting the beach all day Sunday.

Sunday we were out of the house by 7:45 and headed to Playalinda Beach near Titusville to meet up with our friends Lynn and Tuller. They have raved about it and we were excited to try it out.

The location was gorgeous and the weather was perfect. The water was even really chilly, which made it quite refreshing!  Everett loved it, played on the paddle boards and even put his goggles on and practiced swimming back and forth to Mike and me in between waves. It was awesome!

Just thinking that that might be our last beach trip before our little lady arrives is kind of surreal...we are getting down to crunch time; which means, back to school, baby showers, the return of football and maternity leave.  Bring on the Fall!

Here's our plan for this week - I hope your menu is just as yummy!

M:  Creamy Veggie Pasta
T:  Chicken Parmesan and Chopped Salad
W: Mexican Baked Potatoes
Th:  Sloppy Joes w/ Chips and Carrot Sticks
F: Cheesy Chicken Broccoli and Rice Casserole
Sa:  2nd Annual Celebration of Life Gala - The Finley Project
Su:  Pork Chops w/Wild Rice and Green Beans

Have a great week!
